The words lingerie and inventory do not sit easily together. The former creates an impression of warmth and pleasure the latter of business and problems, but we must start somewhere. Put aside a couple of hours to go through your underwear drawer and toss it all out on your bed. When people do this they are normally surprised at just how much underwear they have accumulated. Notice I have not used the word lingerie because most of what you will see before you is a jumble of uncoordinated and faded under garments, never meant to be seen.

To start your new life of lingerie and fun take the following actions

A. If you havn't worn it in the last six months the chances are that you will not wear it in the next six. Get rid of it. It hardly classify's as lingerie that will change your life.

B. On the other end of the spectrum is the underwear that you seem to wear continuously. It is probably a little frayed and worn. Do yourself a favour, get some new 'powerful' lingerie.

C. The 'wait in hope garments'. If you are holding underwear in the hope that some day it will fit again, forget it. Just replace it with some new comfortable lingerie. If in the
future you return to your former weight or shape, celebrate and treat yourself to some new lingerie.

D. We are all creatures of habit. We have the same breakfast and take the same train to work everyday. The same applies to shopping. When looking at your underwear you will probably
have hundreds of items but all in the same style. That should not be the case. There is a piece(s) of lingerie for every occassion and your wardrobe should reflect all those possibilities.

E. The "panic purhase". Some days we have no choice. We think we need something in a hurry. There are many pieces of underwear that have been bought in a panic and never made it out of the store bag. We know we will never fit into them. Get rid of those tems. They have no place in the lingerie drawer of a self confident and fun loveing woman.

The items above are just some of the reasons why you should take a radical look at your underwear inventory. Be ruthless. You are going to build a lingerie collection that will increase your self esteem and change your outlook on life. You will experiece a new inner warmth. Lingerie can change your life and it need not cost a fortune.
